 What:  A Human Rights Counseling Center has been created to assist foreign
residents who are having troubles in daily life due to lack of knowledge about
Japanese law or, who have discrimination complaints.
Services are also available to those who have recently returned to Japan from
abroad or have become naturalized Japanese citizens and are having trouble
adjusting to Japanese life.
Please stop by when needed.
There is interpretation available in English, Portuguese, and Tagalog.
