This Foundation has established a Hiroshima Scholarship system for privately funded students, graduate students or research students from foreign countries who are enrolled in undergraduate or graduate courses in universities or colleges within Hiroshima City and are living in the city. Every school year (April to March) 30 students are selected to receive a monthly stipend of 30,000 yen.
The endowment for this scholarship is donated by caring Hiroshima residents, and the stipends are paid from a Hiroshima Foreign Students Fund.
