Renovated Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum reopened on April 25, 2019
Following the reopening of the East Building in April 2017, the Main Building of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum reopened on April 25, 2019, and the whole renovation process of the museum has been completed.
The main building has displays of objects left behind by those who lost their lives in the bombing, as well as photographs and artifacts that depict the horror of the bombing.
They convey Hiroshima as it was on August 6, and the suffering and sorrow of the A-bomb survivors and their families up until today.There are no changes to admission prices.
