About ICCH
- The International Conference Center Hiroshima(ICCH) is located within Peace Memorial Park with the purpose of promoting international exchange and improving civic culture.
- Equipped with a large hall that can accommodate up to 1,504 people, an international conference hall, and large, medium and small conference rooms, the venue is ideal for concerts, lectures, domestic and international conferences, as well as exhibitions and corporate and organizational meetings. It is widely used for various purposes.
- A new exhibition room, Sakura, was added in April 2022, and can now be used for exhibitions.
- Each conference room is connected by optical fiber, so it is possible to broadcast from the lecture venue to each conference room. We support online and hybrid conferences. It is fully equipped with facilities such as simultaneous interpretation system in six languages at most. Many international conferences are held every year.
- In addition, many international events such as the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Torch Relay Celebration in 2021 are held. In 2023, the press conference centers of the G7 Hiroshima Summit were held.
- Not only for international conferences and events but also peace-learning events students visit Hiroshima on school trips take place by taking advantage of its location in the Peace Memorial Park.
