Usage fees will be discounted if certain conditions are met.
In case you use rooms as an international conference meeting and meet all of the following conditions:
- Participants from 3 or more countries including Japan
- More than 50 and less than 300 participants
- The duration of the event must be one day or more
※1 day : the morning, afternoon and night divisions determined by ICCH
Amount of exemption (discount)
- 30% of facility usage fee (up to 200,000 yen)
※Fees of equipment are not covered.
※There is a limit to the number of applications per year. Please contact us as soon as possible.

If you meet the following conditions when you use a conference room :
- In case you use the room only for receptions, parties and so forth
Reduction rate
- 50% of facility usage fee
※It's the most appropriate for the venue for meals.
※Not applied if you have a meal in a meeting (luncheon seminars, etc.).
