TAXPAYER ASSISTANCE SERVICE AT NTT CRED HALL

A temporary taxpayer assistance service will be available to accept your tax returns and inquiries during the following dates and times:

PLACE:

NTT Cred Hall (Pacela 11th Floor: 6-78 Motomachi, Naka-ku)

TIME & DATE:

8:30 am – 4:00 pm (consultation: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm) on weekdays from Friday, February 16 to Thursday, March 15

NOTE:

During this period, the Hiroshima Higashi, Hiroshima Minami, Hiroshima Nishi, Hiroshima Kita, Hatsukaichi & Kaita tax offices will only be able to accept and give advice on your tax returns at the NTT Cred Hall. Aside from the NTT Cred Hall location, only Hatsukaichi and Kaita tax offices will accept inquires about tax returns.

*The taxpayer assistance service at NTT Cred Hall will also open on Sundays, February 19 and February 26 to help people living in the Hiroshima Higashi, Hiroshima Minami, Hiroshima Nishi and Hiroshima Kita districts.

Pension recipients, applicants of home loan tax deductions, applicants of medical bill tax deductions, those who resigned before the year-end tax adjustment.

Lecture on Giving Explanations of Hiroshima Castle

WHO:

Those who are between the ages of 15 and 30 and capable of communicating in English. Junior high school students may not apply.

Day 2 (On-site training): Sunday, February 4, 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm

Seeking Tenants for Municipal Stores

The list of municipal stores seeking tenants is available at the Kenchiku Ka (Architecture Division) in ward offices. For further information including qualification and application, please inquire at those offices.

TO APPLY:

Submit an application to the Kenchiku Ka (Architecture Division) of the ward office where the store you want to apply for is located on Thursday, January 25 or Friday, January 26.

Prefectural Housing Available

Qualification guidelines and application forms are available at the Jutaku Ka (Housing Division) of the Hiroshima Prefectural Government Office (10-52 Motomachi, Naka-ku) and Kenchiku Ka (Architectural Division) of your local ward office. Applications must be submitted between Wednesday, January 31 and Friday, February 2. Please apply in person at the Ken Biru Maintenance Kyodo Kumiai (Tel. 261-7907), or at your local ward office’s Kenchiku Ka in person. Applications for Dai-ni Kamiyasu Housing will be accepted in person at Godo Sangyo Kabushiki Gaisha (Tel. 245-2333).
