Health Check-ups for National Health Insurance Holders
A yearly health check-up is highly recommended to keep yourself healthy. It helps you find any early signs of health issues including diabetes.
- WHO:
- National Health Insurance holders who are 40 to 74 years old.
- WHERE:
- Your local clinic or group health check-ups at community centers, or Health Promotion Center (3-8-6 Senda-machi, Naka-ku / Tel. 243-2630)
- HEALTH CHECK-UPS:
- Including height and weight measurements, blood pressure measurement, urine and blood tests. Please bring your National Health Insurance card and a health check-up ticket sent in April by the City.

- 500 yen*
- * Health check-ups are available for free of charge for National Health Insurance holders who are 60+ years old and who are a member of a household that receives municipal tax exemption.
