Child Care Service Available during School Winter Holiday

Application for After-school Childcare Clubs (Hokago Jidou Clubs) for the winter school vacation period will be accepted until Thursday, November 15. The available clubs and application requirements can be checked on the City’s website: http://www.city.hiroshima.lg.jp. In the case of too many applications, a screening will be held.

Notification Concerning Health Screening for Children Prior to Entering School

Health screenings will be conducted for children who are going to start elementary school in spring 2019. The purpose of these screenings is to provide general information about children’s health for their parents or guardians so that any necessary treatment can be done before starting school. Please contact us using the information below if you are parents or guardians of children starting elementary school in spring 2019 and have NOT received a notice postcard indicating when, where, and how the health screenings will take place.
